Resting (Sort Of)
Sometimes Catherine likes to flop her head down on the closest soft surface and have a mini-rest. This time she's clearly too busy having fun to sleep!

Practice
Catherine is actually just playing with her sippy cup, but she's been much more interested in drinking from cups and holding things herself. She can hold her bottle and tip it to an angle where she can drink out of it and loves it when I give her a little water from my bottle, too.
She loves to blow raspberries and if you make that noise, she will make it back at you. Recently after tooting, she spit out her binkie and blew raspberries, as if in response. It was hilarious!

Read To Me?
I think this was one of the main motivators for Catherine starting to walk. She would sit with a book in her hand and yell until you would come get it and read to her. Now she can bring it to you.. as long as you are about 6 steps away from her!
