Here is Catherine on the way to Thanksgiving at her Gran and Grandpa's. She doesn't really love her car seat, but she is good-natured enough not to protest too much!

Hard to Capture

Have I mentioned that about 9 out of 10 pictures where Catherine is smiling are also blurry? She's just too animated for the camera to catch her very well without using the flash. Some day I'll upload a gallery of blurry pictures and you will see what I mean!

Noise Machine

We are working on changing Catherine's sleep routine and got a noise machine that plays different soothing sounds. The only problem is it put me and Vlad to sleep last night as well as Catherine! Sorry to have missed again. I guess I need to start posting earlier in the day!

You can pretty much gauge how busy our day is by me not posting. We're trying to get Catherine's sleep schedule on more of a schedule. Tonight she was asleep by 9PM. Last night it was well after midnight when we put her to bed! Hopefully no more of that...

Here is a picture of Catherine standing without pulling up. It's hard to have the camera ready right when she's doing it!



This is not Catherine falling, by the way. When she gets really excited she flaps her arms up and down. It's very funny to watch!

Standing

It's been building slowly, from pulling up on things to holding for balance while she stands to just popping up onto her feet. Catherine has been getting so good at standing and has just been standing up without holding anything at all. We'll have to post video one of these days!

Gustav likes to get in Catherine's play pen sometimes and this time it piqued her interest! They like to play with each other through the bars of whatever jail she happens to have been consigned to, or in this case he is consigned to!
